I have been having quite a lot of conversations with people who are already amazing manifestors but they can start getting stuck in that feeling of ‘it’s not working for me’, ‘I don’t know what to do, maybe I’m not asking for the right thing’, ‘maybe I’m not asking for things in enough detail’ - they just feel like there is something wrong with whatever they are asking the universe for or they’re are not allowing enough, all sorts of things could be going on in their mind.

There is something I have noticed more and more with those of us who consciously work with the law of attraction (and other natural laws) and that is this – when it comes to our feelings, we have become pretty confused about what we are supposed to do – and dare I say a little ‘paranoid’ about it all as well!
As soon as we realise that we are conscious creators and that we can shape our reality from the inside out, we see every negative thought, bad mood or internal tug of war as a bad thing.
We start to worry about what we are manifesting.
How to have an attitude of gratitude...

Take a moment and think back over your life so far. Without even knowing it, most of us have had an attitude of gratitude throughout our lives, even on a subconscious level. Our evidence is simple, it is all the amazing people, situations and experiences we have attracted into our lives already, much of it without any conscious effort at all.
Even some of our Story ‘contrast’ through the things we don’t want in life is a result of our subconscious gratitude and appreciation and has been a way of moving us away from things that aren’t serving us any more towards something better…..
Are there parts of your life that you really want to change but can’t work out how? Is your life starting to feel like a constant re-run of an old film where you know exactly what is going to happen and how it is going to end up? Are you tired of repeating the same old patterns that keep you feeling stuck?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, then it could be time to make a decision to finally ‘change your story’ – yes you know, that one that you keep telling yourself in your head every day or keep talking about to others…
Does this sound familiar? This is procrastination – the state of mind that takes over when we feel overwhelmed and disorganised. I have been there many times and if you are reading this, my guess is that you have too, in fact you are probably feeling that overwhelm right now and hoping articles like this will at the very least give you some relief and comfort that you are not the only one… and if possible some kind of magic formula to stop feeling so stuck!
