Are there parts of your body that you don't love as much as you could do. My friend and I have started our own mini book club and our first book is 'If Life Is a Game, These Are The Rules' by Chérie Carter-Scott and the first few pages in the first chapter are jam packed with simple wisdom that has already been a great reminder of how important it is to value and accept our bodies.
Now I have already come a long way in this area over the years - this book which I have dipped in and out of for well over 15 years now played a huge part in the acceptance of my body amongst other things (which I will reflect on in future podcasts!). So lets look at an example I have and why it's so important to accept and appreciate your body right now - perfection definitely not required!
