How to visualise and manifest - or even how to just visualise full stop! A lot of people have told me that they find it difficult to visualise at all so here is a simple exercise that will take just 1 minute to prove that all of us have the capability to visualise.... In fact we are doing it all day every day, except we may spend more time visualising about what we DON'T want instead of what we DO want.

I hope you enjoyed creating your theme for the year and making that list of the person that you want to be for the coming year and beyond! In this episode I have another question for you to help you create a great year and that is: What do you want to be known for this year?
So to do this, you need to imagine for a moment that you are at the end of the year looking back over what you have achieved this year. And you can either do this as a journal entry or you can imagine that you are having a discussion with someone you are close with - or even your higher self. Whatever feels good to you...
So how do we stop manifesting what we don't want - and I'm not talking about those times when contrast is very necessary - I am talking more about manifesting by default due to the signal we are omitting day after day. Whatever you are putting out into the world, you are attracting back. Life is a mirror and this is not something you can switch off. It is turned on 24/7 and this does not mean we need to get paranoid about our thoughts - it's impossible for us to be positive every minute of the day.
So let's talk about your only job as a conscious creator because I know that you sometimes try and control absolutely everything - how do I know this? Because we all do it of course and even I have to keep reminding myself of this!If you just did these few things day in and day out until it became a habit, you will be amazed at the positive changes that come your way.So if you are creating my default instead of design then you might want to get a pen and paper and start getting more specific about what you want to create.
So let's talk about the energy of neediness vs gratitude and how this affects your energy. Everything that you transmit, through your energy, words and actions is a mirror for what comes back into your life. The universe only says 'yes' so think about the difference between the two ends of the scale. Neediness is creating an energy of 'lack' and 'I don't have' so guess what you line up with.
Some time ago when I discovered the 5-Step Manifestation process which I have used for some time now. It has been a great tool for helping me to push forward in so many areas of my life - one of them being this podcast...But it also highlighted how unclear I was about hat I actually wanted. I'd sit down with one of the audios and I would go blank?
Wow, what did I actually want in each of the areas of my life. And it made me realise that if I don't actually know what I want - how is the universe, source energy or whatever higher power there is within me - going to create what I want in my life?
So more on that subject of upgrading your life and out with the old and in this session I wanted to talk specifically about your wardrobe. So what is your wardrobe saying about you?I recently cleared out mine and it feels so good. I realised that the items of clothing I was hanging onto was ridiculous.
At the time of recording this, I have lost around 45lb so many things that were just too big or way past their best. I was keeping stuff because it was familiar to me and 'just in case' - or I was telling myself it would do for 'just around the house' - yeah right, great energy feeling like a scruffy bag lady walking around you home right? And I thought about what this was saying about me.
Let's talk about upgrading your life (and even maybe your loo too lol!) How many of us actually just settle with what we have in our lives? All this old tattered stuff and things that no longer serve us just create an energy that isn't aligning us with a life we love. So what are you tolerating in your life? What are you putting up with that feels stagnant and creates a feeling of lack or unworthiness.
What you focus on expands and lets look at how you can let go of something that is bugging you today because as we all know, energy flows where your focus goes. Most of us live in the past or the future instead of enjoying the present moment. All those old stories go though our mind again and again. So change starts by telling ourselves a different story and the quickest way to do this is to focus on the feeling instead.
So let's talk about what we must to to achieve our goals - especially as if like me you are starting to set yourself a lot of stretch goals at the moment. A lot of us set goals but there are some mistakes that we make along the way that can stop us achieving them or cause us to give up on them too quickly. Here we explore some of these mistakes and why they may be sabotaging your efforts. These areas are: Not loving 'what is', focusing on the loss or absence of something, focusing on how far you have to go,
So here's another way that you may be sabotaging your manifestation mojo without even realising it. You may see the universe as something separate from yourself! Now this has it's place and seeing the universe as a separate entity can really help when you are doing some fun manifestation practices. And although we know deep down that we need to take 100% responsibility for our life, we do start to rely too much on that thought that the universe miraculously delivers us anything we want on a plate. So we start to see the universe as this big wishing well instead of it being an alignment practice but this can cause us to be separate from it all. We hand over the responsibility to this higher power when WE ARE that higher power. Everything comes from inside! We are the creators of our world.
If you are anything like me, you may have become obsessed with conscious creation and universal laws to a certain extent. Whether you are fairly new to the concept or have been studying manifestation for years, you will know that finding quicker and easier ways to align with your desires can be quite addictive. But as amazing as it is to know and understand how we create our own reality, there is also a downside and that is...We may simply know too much about it all!And why is this a downside? Lets explore this more in this episode...
Affirmations don't work if you are feeling the total opposite inside, especially if you don't believe that they are true - this is a bit frustrating, especially when we create affirmations to help us achieve or be more. In this episode I talk about how to create affirmations that feel good to you and that are believable. With just a few tweaks and playing with the words you can create affirmations that you feel totally aligned with so that you can easily drop that resistance.
So lets talk more about this concept of BE-DO-HAVE because this makes a huge difference in so many areas of our life. Most of us do this back to front. We think that when I HAVE a certain thing, then I will DO this and then I will BE happy or whatever.But this just isn't how it works. We must BE the energy of what we want before we can HAVE it. So we need to BE that energy state and DO what someone who has that thing has already, and then we will HAVE what we want because we are aligned to it. This stops you holding everything apart from you in this future state. We will continue to explore this in some future episodes with more real examples that can help you.
How can you see the gifts in the contrast when life doesn't feel like it's going that well? Often the only way past a challenge is though it and the quickest way to get through it is to see those gifts in the contrast which helps to re-frame and neutralise the energy that is otherwise being fed by our sheer overwhelm and constant attention.
Why you need to detach from your desires and how becoming obsessed with attracting something can actually push it away even further. In this episode I discuss a few ways to keep your manifestation vibe high whilst relaxing and loosening that grip.
If you are a conscious creator, you will recognise those times when you feel like 'the law of attraction is just not working for me' - so here is what to consider when you feel like conscious creation is too intense and a couple of things to focus on instead that can keep you nicely aligned without too much effort.
