Alternatives To The 55×5 Method – When It Doesn’t Feel Good To Do!
You may have already seen a lot of videos about the 55×5 method, also known as an ancient manifesting ritual which is based on taking just 1 affirmation and writing it 55 times a day for 5 days.
But what is this technique doesn’t feel so right for you.
Do you have to choose this one?

Sometimes the 55×5 feels like the right thing for me as I love the hypnotic writing of one affirmation that feels so absorbing but once or twice a month tops is what feels good.
I prefer to use some other creative journalling methods around that.
Now you need to know that you don’t need any technique – anything that you do choose to do simply needs to feel good. It is the repetition and focus that works, not any one particular technique.
All the magic is coming from you! We are all different and there are so many techniques out there so you need to choose what is right for you rather than just jumping in with the next hot thing in the world of law of attraction.
