By practising it everyday and making it a habit, appreciating all the amazing things in your life will naturally attract more ‘amazing’ into your life.
We get what we focus on and it can be easy to default to what 99% of the people around you are doing – complaining about your life and focusing on lack. Doing this will only attract more of the same to you.
